The Full Story

Zendo Combat is a curated showcase of combat sport and electronic music, fused into one evening in the Oslo woods. We bring together fighters, ravers, and the people who live on both sides of the rope. One ticket, one venue, one long night that starts with a bell and ends when the sun comes up. Four controlled K1 exhibitions with experienced amateur athletes. Punches and kicks only. Full safety gear, referee on site, no knockouts. Then the music takes over.

FAQ

Is this real combat?

These are four controlled K1 kickboxing exhibitions, not sanctioned competitions. Experienced amateur athletes performing three rounds of two minutes. Punches and kicks only — no knees, no elbows, no knockouts. Decisions go to points. Full safety gear. Referee and first aid on site. The focus is on technique, flow, and the experience for the audience.

Are the fighters safe?

Yes. All athletes are experienced amateur kickboxers with prior gym training. They sign a participation agreement before the event. A referee with combat sports experience oversees each exhibition. First aid is on site at all times.

Is this a licensed event?

This is a private cultural event with controlled combat exhibitions, not a regulated combat sports competition. No titles or records are awarded. Exhibitions follow internal safety rules established for this format.

What about the weather?

The venue includes weather protection. The event runs rain or shine. Bring layers — Norwegian forest nights cool down fast.

What's the dress code?

No dress code. Rave wear, fight gear, streetwear — wear what lets you move. No open-toe shoes on the main floor.

Can I bring my own drinks?

Yes. This first event has no alcohol sales — bring your own. No glass bottles allowed. Free water refill stations on site.

Re-entry?

No re-entry after midnight. Plan your night.

Refunds?

Tickets are non-refundable but transferable up to 48 hours before doors.
